- FTN charting (2022–2025) — pre-snap motion, play action, RPO, screen and no-huddle tags, charted play by play. Team attribution comes from joining each charted play to nflverse play-by-play on game and play id, so the offense credited is the real possession team. Shotgun is the nflverse play-by-play flag on those same plays.
- nflverse participation (2016–2025) — personnel packages, man/zone coverage charting, pass-rusher counts and pressure. Coverage rates use only plays where a coverage type was actually charted; blitz and pressure rates use only snaps with a recorded pass rush, so run plays don't dilute them.
Both feeds are charted samples, not full play universes — the denominators above are the real number of charted plays, shown so you can judge the sample yourself. Nothing here is modelled or imputed. Methodology
